$820 million (£620million) ensured his jewellery-loving reputation
remained intact with an array of chunky gold chains and medallions
stacked around his neck.
Suited in an immaculately
tailored suit, he sported an eyepatch in true pirate fashion as he
enjoyed the frivolities, before posing alongside his friendly ex and
their son.
Kim ensured she
matched the family theme, slipping her curves into a plunging gold
jumpsuit and following the dress-up theme with a coordinating helmet as
she brandished a shovel.
Meanwhile their teen son kept up the close-knit family's appearances, dressed as Wesley Snipes' action character Blade.
Diddy
has frequently spoken out about the closeness of his extended family,
ensuring his children maintain their close bond despite their different
parenting.
The music mogul,
who owns Bad Boy Records, welcomed his first son Justin- now 24, in 1993
to his high-school sweetheart and designer Misa Hylton-Brim.
He then embarked on a long term on-off relationship with stylist Kim Porter, which lasted from 1994 to 2007.
Kim
was already mother to Quincy, now 26, who Diddy adopted, and the couple
became parents to Christian, now 19, and twins daughters D'Lila Star
and Jessie James, who will turn nine next month.
Five
months before the twins were born, it emerged he also fathered daughter
Chance was born to Sarah Chapman. He took legal responsibility for
Chance,now nine, in October 2007.
